About Billfetch
Billfetch collects the receipts and invoices a small UK company runs on, matches them to payments and hands the accountant a tidy package every month.
Why we built it
Running a small company in the UK means keeping records for HMRC and Companies House, but the paperwork arrives everywhere: supplier emails, marketplace payouts, card payments, photos of paper receipts. Month end turns into a hunt.
Billfetch does the groundwork. It pulls documents in from your inbox, bank and sales channels, pairs each payment with its invoice, tells you exactly what is missing and keeps the original documents. Your accountant gets the records, the documents and an honest list of gaps — or receives them straight in FreeAgent or QuickBooks.

- UK limited companies and sole traders who want their records in order without becoming bookkeepers

What Billfetch is not
Billfetch is not accounting software and does not file anything with HMRC or Companies House. It keeps your digital records ready for the software and the accountant you already use.
A note on the name
Billfetch at billfetch.app is a UK product for UK businesses. It is not connected with other products that use a similar name.
